Abstract:
The study was conducted to understand the impact of green banking on bank reputation under the regulatory impact of environmental awareness. The study uses the quantitative method of the partial least squares model (PLS-SEM). Analysis results from 344 survey forms at Vietnamese commercial banks in Ho Chi Minh City show that green banking activities help increase the bank's reputation. Environmental perceptions that regulate the relationship between green banking practices and bank reputation are also identified in this study. Based on the results of the analysis, the authors' discussions and suggestions have been given to policymakers and bank administrators.
