A convenience sampling method was employed, with a sample size of 257 individuals in business management roles who could provide insightful responses to survey questions. The study focused on 56 manufacturing companies in Vietnam. The results of the model estimation, obtained through exploratory factor analysis (EFA) using the powerful SPSS software, show that the factors of corporate social responsibility, green innovation, and green strategic transformation have a positive and statistically significant impact of 1% on the sustainable performance of Vietnamese enterprises.
