Tóm tắt:
Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là xem xét ảnh hưởng của yếu tố sự tin tưởng, hỗ trợ quản trị và phần thưởng mong đợi đến chia sẻ tri thức (CSTT) ẩn và tri thức hiện của nhân viên trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng; đồng thời xem xét vai trò trung gian của tri thức ẩn. Mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính được sử dụng để kiểm định các giả thuyết nghiên cứu. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, cả sự tin tưởng và hỗ trợ quản trị đều ảnh hưởng đến CSTT ẩn và tri thức hiện. Còn phần thưởng mong đợi chỉ ảnh hưởng đến CSTT hiện. Ngoài ra, CSTT ẩn đóng vai trò trung gian trong mối quan hệ giữa sự tin tưởng, hỗ trợ quản trị và phần thưởng mong đợi với CSTT hiện. Dựa trên kết quả này, nghiên cứu đưa ra một số hàm ý nhằm thúc đẩy CSTT của nhân viên trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng.

Abstract:
This study aims to examine the influence of trust, management support and expected rewards on tacit knowledge sharing and explicit knowledge sharing in the banking sector and analyze the mediating role of tacit knowledge. We use a structural equation modeling procedure to test hypotheses. The results indicate that both management support and trust have positive effects on tacit knowledge sharing and explicit knowledge sharing. Expected rewards have a positive impact on explicit knowledge sharing. In addition, tacit knowledge sharing positively affects explicit knowledge sharing and plays a mediating role in the relationships between trust, management support, expected reward and explicit knowledge sharing. Based on this result, the study offers some implications for promoting knowledge sharing among employees in the banking sector.
