Công nghệ blockchain - Cơ hội và thách thức cho các nền kinh tế đang phát triển

Các hội thảo khoa học lớn gần đây về Innovatube Frontier đều tập trung vào bốn mảng tiêu biểu của công nghệ tiên phong, là Trí tuệ nhân tạo (Artificial Intelligence), Internet vạn vật (Internet of Things), Chuỗi khối (Blockchain) và Thực tế tăng cường/Thực tế ảo (Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality). Blockchain đã dành được nhiều quan tâm, không chỉ vì là công nghệ đã tạo ra cơn sốt của các đồng tiền kỹ thuật số Bitcoin và Ethereum, mà còn vì những tiềm năng lớn lao có thể làm thay đổi bản chất của thế giới thực tại và cả trong nhận thức của mọi người. Đã có nhiều nghiên cứu về blockchain nhưng thực tế tỷ lệ số người hiểu biết thực sự về nó vẫn còn quá ít. Bài viết này làm rõ nền tảng công nghệ blockchain, phân tích những thách thức khi ứng dụng và cơ hội để giúp các nền kinh tế đang phát triển bứt phá.
Blockchain Technology – Opportunities and Challenges for Emerging Economies
Abstract:
Recent major scientific conferences on the Innovatube Frontier (IFS) focused on four areas of pioneering technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Blockchain and Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality. Blockchain has gained significant attention because not only this technology has created the hype of Bitcoin and Ethereum digital coins, but also because of its great potentials to change the nature of the real world and human’s lives. There have been many studies on blockchain, however, the number of people who understand blockchain still remain limited. This paper highlights the important role and platform of blockchain technology. It analyzes the challenges of applying blockchain technology and the opportunity for developing economies to grow.
