The Effect of Organizational Justice on Employee Performance: Empirical Study in the Banking industry in Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract:

Increasing employee performance has attracted much attention from managers. One of the most important antecedents of employee performance is organizational justice. Based on the Inequity theory, this study examined the relationship between organizational justice and employee performance of bankers in Ho Chi Minh City. With a sample of 313 respondents, the result shows that procedural justice and informational justice have a significant impact on employee performance. However, distributive justice and interpersonal justice do not affect employee performance.
